What grade of HEPA does Tinme oil mist collector use?

    |     Sep-11-2024

HEPA filters in oil mist collectors are used to capture fine oil mist particles generated during machining, metalworking, or other industrial processes. These filters are essential for maintaining clean air in workspaces and preventing oil mist from accumulating in the environment, which can pose health risks and damage equipment.

Oil mist collectors typically use a multi-stage filtration system, and the HEPA filter serves as the final stage. While pre-filters or coalescing filters capture larger oil droplets, the HEPA filter is responsible for trapping the finest mist particles, ensuring that nearly all harmful contaminants are removed from the air before it is recirculated.

Tinme uses high quality H13 HEPA which is commonly used in oil mist collectors, it removes at least 99.95% of particles down to 0.3 microns,  including dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and airborne particles.

HEPA filters are classified under EN 1822 (European standard) or ISO 29463 standards for filtration efficiency. Grade H13 is among the higher levels of efficiency.

HEPA filters significantly improve air quality by reducing airborne particles, making the workplace safer for workers by limiting exposure to hazardous materials.

Many industries are required to meet strict air quality regulations. HEPA filters help companies comply with regulations set by agencies like OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) by minimizing exposure to airborne oil mist.

Tinme is working in this industry for years, with stable quality and competitive price, we are now the leading manufacturer for oil mist collector in China.
