
The TINME TM-370A+ is a centrifugal CNC oil mist collector with 1,000 m3/h nominal airflow at 50Hz. It is the second nominal airflow option in the current TINME range.
Application position in the TINME range
This model can be reviewed for enclosed CNC lathes, Swiss-type lathes and machining equipment whose assessed conditions require more airflow than the 600 m3/h option. A model should not be selected by machine name or airflow alone.
Confirm enclosure capture, inlet routing and the actual mist generated during the machining cycle, together with coolant type, particulate, smoke or vapor, electrical supply and maintenance access. Final suitability requires application-specific confirmation.
Why choose the TM-370A+ monitoring version?
The TM-370A+ adds filter monitoring to the corresponding TM-370A. Its listed airflow, motor, inlet, weight, dimensions, filtration structure and installation options remain the same as the A model. Monitoring is an added maintenance-information function; it does not replace inspection, safe isolation or application review.
Filtration and installation options
The listed configuration combines centrifugal separation with a multilayer filter. An optional HEPA post-filter can be considered for applications involving micromist, smoke or vapor. Machine-top mounting is listed, with optional floor or wall-bracket arrangements subject to installation review.

Filtration Process
- Polluted air is drawn from the machine enclosure into the lower pre-chamber.
- The rotating turbine generates centrifugal force, causing oil droplets to coalesce.
