Depending on your location and the nature of your interaction with us, we process personal information based on your consent; your request for information, a quotation or steps before entering into a contract; performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in responding to B2B inquiries, operating our website, improving our services and protecting our systems; or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Where consent is required, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

5. Cookies and Website Technologies

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies required for website security, form processing, session management, spam prevention and basic website operation. The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. We also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager after the visitor grants analytics consent. Google Search Console provides search-performance and indexing information.

Google Analytics and tags managed through Google Tag Manager may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about website visits and interactions after consent. Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical and interaction data needed to provide its security verification. We do not currently use Google reCAPTCHA or an online chat service on this website.

Where required by applicable law, we request consent before activating non-essential analytics or tracking technologies. Visitors may reject non-essential cookies without losing access to the website’s main product and inquiry content. You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect some website functions.

We do not currently use Facebook Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag.

6. How We Share Information

We may disclose limited personal information to service providers where necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries, including our website hosting provider, Alibaba Cloud as our business email provider, Google as our analytics and tag-management provider, Cloudflare as our Turnstile security-verification provider, website security, maintenance and backup providers, professional advisers, and government or regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by law.

Service providers are expected to process information only as necessary to provide their services and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell, rent or exchange visitors’ personal information for commercial benefit.

7. International Data Transfers

Our website is hosted on a server located in Germany. Business emails are processed using Alibaba Cloud services. Information submitted through the website may also be accessed and processed by our personnel in China and by service providers in the countries where they operate.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate measures for international transfers and provide any required notices or obtain consent where applicable.

8. Data Retention

  • General inquiries that do not result in a transaction are normally retained for up to 12 months.
  • Customer and transaction information is retained for the periods required by applicable financial, tax, contractual and legal requirements.
  • Uploaded files are retained only as long as necessary to evaluate the application, respond to the inquiry, prepare a quotation or support an ongoing customer relationship.
  • Technical and security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for website operation, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and security.

At the end of the applicable period, information will be deleted, anonymized or securely retained where continued storage is required by law.

9. Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures may include access restrictions, encrypted website connections, account controls, server security, backups, anti-spam measures and software maintenance. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to ask whether we process your information; request access, correction or deletion; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; request information about recipients or international transfers; obtain a copy of certain information; and submit a complaint to an appropriate data-protection authority.
