A CNC oil mist collector draws contaminated air from the machine enclosure and separates suspended coolant or oil droplets before the air returns to the workshop. TINME centrifugal collectors are designed for enclosed CNC lathes, Swiss-type lathes, machining centers, grinding machines and related metalworking equipment.
Collector selection should consider enclosure volume, door-opening frequency, coolant type, machining process, mist load and available power supply. Nominal airflow alone is not enough to confirm a model.
Each A+ model has the same listed core specifications as its corresponding A model and adds a monitoring function. This helps users include filter-condition monitoring when it is required by the application.
Optional post-filtration, mounting method, duct arrangement and drainage should be reviewed before installation. Machine details allow TINME to recommend a suitable configuration.
