The workshop requirement
TINME identifies the installed model as TM-750A and confirms that these lathes use cutting oil. HEPA post-filters are fitted to the supplied installations. The project addressed oil mist escaping into the workshop and poor visible workshop conditions.
Mounting and connection shown in the photograph
RICKS branding and the RKS-46D marking are visible on the nearest lathe. The collector stands on support feet above the machine. Its flexible inlet hose bends down and runs across the enclosure roof to a separate connection point. Similar individual collector arrangements are visible along the production row.
Reported site result
TINME reports that the workshop appeared visibly clearer after installation and that no visible mist escape was observed.
Planning a similar installation
The image shows individual collection at the machines rather than one shared central duct. It documents the mounting and hose route, but does not establish delivered airflow or a standard model recommendation for every RKS-46D. Review enclosure openings, machining cycle and the proposed inlet route for each new installation.
Send the machine details, fluid, operating conditions, supply voltage and frequency, and installation photographs for a project-specific review.
