TINME CNC oil mist collector

TM-750A CNC Oil Mist Collector

TINME TM-750A centrifugal CNC oil mist collector with 1,400 m3/h nominal airflow at 50Hz.

TINME TM-750A centrifugal CNC oil mist collector, 1,400 m3/h at 50Hz

The TINME TM-750A is a centrifugal CNC oil mist collector with 1,400 m3/h nominal airflow at 50Hz. It is a higher nominal airflow option in the current TINME range.

Application position in the TINME range

This model can be reviewed for enclosed machining applications whose assessed enclosure and mist conditions require the 1,400 m3/h option. A model should not be selected by machine name or airflow alone.

Confirm machine enclosure volume, coolant delivery, operating cycle and installation arrangement, together with coolant type, particulate, smoke or vapor, electrical supply and maintenance access. Final suitability requires application-specific confirmation.

When to compare the A+ version

The TM-750A does not include filter monitoring. If monitoring is required, compare it with the TM-750A+, which has the same listed core specifications and adds that function.

Filtration and installation options

The listed configuration combines centrifugal separation with a multilayer filter. An optional HEPA post-filter can be considered for applications involving micromist, smoke or vapor. Machine-top mounting is listed, with optional floor or wall-bracket arrangements subject to installation review.

TM-750A and TM-750A+ Difference

The listed core specifications of these paired models are the same. The A+ version adds the filter monitoring function; the corresponding A version does not include it. Compare the monitoring requirement separately from airflow and machine suitability.

Filtration Process

TINME centrifugal and multilayer oil mist filter structure Optional TINME HEPA post-filter cartridge
  1. Polluted air is drawn from the machine enclosure into the lower pre-chamber.
  2. The rotating turbine generates centrifugal force, causing oil droplets to coalesce.
  3. A multilayer filter captures smaller remaining pollutant particles.
  4. Collected liquid returns through the drainage tube for reuse in the process where appropriate.

Maintenance

Internal filters can be accessed by opening the cover for cleaning or replacement. Maintenance intervals depend on the coolant, particulate load and operating cycle and require application confirmation.

HEPA option: The supplied specification states up to 99.97% filtration at 0.3 micrometers with the optional HEPA post-filter. An H13 classification is not stated in the source document.

Common Questions About the TM-750A

What is the listed airflow?

The listed nominal airflow at 50Hz is 1,400 m3/h. For 60Hz operation, request the model-specific performance data with your quotation.

What is your MOQ and lead time?

The minimum order quantity is 1 unit. In-stock units can be dispatched within 3 days. Contact us to confirm availability and the delivery time to your destination.

Does this model include filter monitoring?

No. This A model does not include filter monitoring. Choose the corresponding A+ model when that function is required.

Is the optional HEPA post-filter included?

The HEPA post-filter is an option rather than a standard feature. Confirm the required filtration configuration for the machine, coolant and observed emissions.
