The workshop requirement
The supplied case information identifies TM-750A with a HEPA post-filter and water-based cutting fluid. The reported problem was mist escaping from the grinding enclosure and affecting the visible workshop environment.
Mounting and connection shown in the photograph
VOLLMER branding is visible on the enclosure; a detailed machine model cannot be read reliably. The collector stands on an independent metal frame next to the machine. A black flexible hose connects the lower collector inlet to the enclosure side. A transparent tube is also visible below the collector, although its final destination is outside the clear view of the photograph.
Reported site result
TINME reports that the workshop appeared visibly clearer after installation and that no visible mist escape was observed.
Planning a similar installation
This record describes a wet-machining installation. It does not establish suitability for dry grinding dust, sparks or combustible particles. A similar project should be reviewed using the actual fluid, process emissions, available floor space, hose route and maintenance access. The separate stand shown here should not be treated as a universal layout for other VOLLMER machines.
Send the machine details, fluid, operating conditions, supply voltage and frequency, and installation photographs for a project-specific review.
